Ranbir-Alia yet to decide on Imtiaz Ali’s offer?

Earlier today, BizAsiaLive.com reported that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had been approached by Imtiaz Ali for his next film. It seems the duo are yet to give the filmmaker their green light.

It seems the two actors are a little apprehensive because Ali’s films don’t always garner box office success. A source explained to Deccan Chronicle, “Alia and Ranbir have spoken to each other as well about the offer. But they are not sure whether they should agree to the film till they get a bound script. A director like Imtiaz will easily be able to procure the funds and the studios to back his movies, but he surely wants the right actors for his film”.

Both actors have worked with Ali previously. They will be seen sharing the screen for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s forthcoming venture.
