Rajshri Productions: “No plans for ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ sequel”

Earlier today, BizAsia reported about speculation that Ranbir Kapoor is being considered to play male lead in a sequel to the ever-popular Rajshri Productions�۪ ��Hum Aapke Hain Koun�۪(1994). The production house has since denied any truth in the rumours.

According to Indian Express, P K Gupta, General Manager, Rajshri, stated, ���As of now there are no such plans of making a sequel of ��Hum Aapke Hain Koun�۪. There is nothing like that happening. These are just rumours�۝.

��Hum Aapke Hain Koun�۪ starred a whole host of actors with Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles. No doubt many will be quite relieved that a second instalment to this cult classic is not being made.
