Rajkummar Rao on ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’: “My looks reflect complexity”

‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ actor Rajkummar Rao has spoken on his two differing looks in the upcoming film.

Rao has sported two looks in the movie, from ‘the guy next door’ to a well-groomed and slick man as the character of Keshav meticulously manages various sides of his dynamic personality to dupe surrounding characters into doubting his involvement in the murder that is central to the film’s plot.

Ekta Kapoor has confirmed this observation, saying in DNA, “Rajkummar as Keshav is exactly the opposite. He is the happy ‘normal’ guy and that makes his character fishier. Keshav compels you to wonder who the real culprit is.”

Commenting on his looks, Rao stated, “I have two remarkably different looks in the film — one where I play this regular boy next door, living in the bustling city of Mumbai, and the other, where I step into this suave gentleman look. The difference in my styling reflects the complexity of my character, at the same time emphasising the normality of his behaviour.”
