Rajkumar Hirani incentivises Dutt biopic title search

While there have been reports that the film was titled ‘Dutt’, it appears that the forthcoming biopic on Sanjay Dutt still doesn’t have a name. As such, producer and director Rajkumar Hirani has pledged a prize for the person who comes up with a good title.

A source told DNA, “Raju appears to have hit a roadblock on the title. The film begins shooting from January and it doesn’t have a name! So now he has hit upon a novel idea to get an interesting title. After discussing with his creative team, he has suggested a competition that is open for all the departments in his office, which includes the actors, too”.

On how the incentive works, the source further added, “There is a box in his office where everyone is putting in their suggestions along with their names and the box will be opened in January and the title will be chosen. The person with the best title will get the most expensive iPhone around. Everyone is qualified to enter and participate in the competition right from Ranbir and Sonam to the junior-most assistant director and lightman”.

It seems that ‘Dutt’ is indeed the current working title for now.
