Rajinikanth & Akshay Kumar’s ‘2.0’ threatened to leak online?

The makers of ‘2.0’ have been left concerned over reports that the movie could be leaked online before its release at the end of this month.

The film, which has been made on a budget of Rs. 600 crore, is touted as the most expensive film ever from the Indian film industry. Torrent site, TamilRockers is threatening to release ‘2.0’ online ahead of its theatrical release. Recently, the pirated version of ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ was released as a torrent on the day of its release.

A tweet by TamilRockers said, “#2Point0 Coming Soon in Tamil Rockers.” The Twitter handle was then suspended but a new handle was created by the website, with the following message, “#2Point0 #2point0November #2Point0FromNov29 #Rajinikanth #Rajini #SuperStar #TR #TamilRockers. Our Old Account Suspended @TamilRockersMV.”

‘2.0’ hits cinemas on 29th November 2018.
