Rajiee M Shinde appointed CEO of PTC Entertainment
PTC Network has appointed Rajiee M. Shinde as Chief Executive Officer of PTC Entertainment, marking her second tenure with the broadcaster. She is set to assume her new role on 1st August.
A recipient of the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award, Shinde is a seasoned figure in the media and entertainment industry. Her career is defined by a track record of innovation, sharp editorial vision, and strategic leadership, consistently steering brands towards market prominence while unlocking fresh revenue opportunities across platforms.
With over two decades of experience, she has held key positions within India’s media landscape. Notably, she launched the national music channel Showbox under In10media, and previously served as Business Head at ETC Punjabi (Zee Group), where she pioneered India’s first Punjabi music channel, setting the stage for a new era in Punjabi television. Her earlier leadership at PTC Punjabi helped establish the channel as a market leader, thanks to her deep audience insight and command of content strategy.
