Rajan Shahi’s next on Star Bharat inspired by film ‘Om Jai Jagdish’

Popular TV producer Rajan Shahi is set to be working on a huge new show for Star Bharat.

The man known for hit fictions like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, ‘Anupamaa’ and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’, is said to be working on a script inspired by the film ‘Om Jai Jagdish’ (2002).

Shahi’s Directors Kut is said to be in talks with three leading actors to take on the family project. Telly Chakkar reports that Raqesh Bapat, Shaheer Sheikh and Kinshuk Mahajan, have already been confirmed.

Three leading ladies are being worked out for the new show, with newcomer Rachie Sharma being roped in for a pivotal role.
