Radhika Madan hints at replacing Sara Ali Khan for ‘Angrezi Medium’

Radhika Madan has successfully made her name in the entertainment industry thanks to her hard work in a short span of time. She began her journey with the hit TV show ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi’ (2014), opposite Shakti Arora. She’s soon to be seen in her next, ‘Angrezi Medium’, for which there were rumours for months that she was the actress who replaced Sara Ali Khan who was also being considered by producer Dinesh Vijan for the film.

In a recent chat with Pinkvilla, she revealed a personal example of how a star-daughter was being considered for a role but she made her own plea for it., “The same thing happened with me. The producer told me I’m giving it to so and so’s daughter and I wanted the project. I said you take my audition. Just take my audition I’m not asking for anything else. He agreed, I gave the audition and I got the role.” When asked if the film is ‘Angrezi Medium,’ Madan said, “I don’t know.”

‘Angrezi Medium’ also stars Irrfan Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
