‘Race 2’ and ‘Shootout at Wadala’ to clash in January 2013

Although many film-makers try to avoid a clash with another big film at the box office, January 2013 will see two biggies releasing in the same week. The two films in question are ‘Race 2’ and ‘Shootout at Wadala’ which are slated just a week apart.

As reported by IBN Live, the two films – starring Anil Kapoor and John Abraham in respective leads – there has been much attempt that there is a gap between the two. As a source revealed, “They�۪re conscious about maintaining a considerable gap between two films. Moreover, they�۪re cautious to avoid the promotion of one overlapping with that of another. Meanwhile, Abbas-Mustan’s film releasing a week after Sanjay’s makes things look a tricky for them”.

It seems the two could clash in such a way that they would affect each other’s fate at the all important box office. May the best film win!
