Raaj FM granted five-year extension to existing licence

Birmingham based Punjabi community radio station, Raaj FM, has today been granted a five year extension on its current FM license allowing to broadcast till 2024.

Raaj FM has been broadcasting since 2009 and has established a strong hold within the Birmingham Punjabi community.

Gajan Singh, CEO, said, “We are proud to have been granted the 5 years extension license to our service. We would like to thank our volunteers, advertisers and listeners.”

Parmjit Singh Dhillon, Chairman, said, “Raaj FM is a household name when it comes to radio in Birmingham, and we are proud to have been granted the 5 years extension license. This will allow us to continue serving the Punjabi community by bringing quality programming from local and global.”
