‘Ra.One’ premiere gives Star Gold ratings success in UK

The World TV Premiere of ‘Ra.One’ last Saturday night gave Star Gold the accolade of the most watched pay movie channel for that time slot.

Star Gold, which is measured by audience measuring body BARB, saw an average audience of 157,110 (000’s) during the 20:00-22:30 slot.

The sci-fi, action blockbuster starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor registered the highest ratings for Star Gold beating competition in the same slot.

It makes ‘Ra.One’ the highest rated premiere ahead of ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Singham’, and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ which have smashed the ratings record in the last quarter of 2011.
