R Balki helping Gauri Shinde before working on next

R Balki is proving to be quite the filmmaker in demand for audiences. However it seems they will have to wait a little longer for his next project to show on the big screens.

According to��Box Office India, though Balki is in the midst of writing his forthcoming project, he is also supporting his Mrs with her film too. “Right now, Balki is helping wife Gauri Shinde with the post-production of her next film. He is also busy writing his next script. Usually, there�۪s a two-year gap between his films and only ‘Shamitabh’ (2015) and ‘Ki & Ka’ (2016) released in consecutive years,” a source was reported stating.

Talking about Balki’s next, they went on to say, “The director has decided to take a break till the end of this year and finish his script. He will start narrating it early next year. The script demands a middle-age actress.”

News has it that Balki is working on a different kind of love story, where he has Amitabh Bachchan signed for the lead. Rumours have it that Kajol was signed to play the lead opposite Bachchan but this is yet to be confirmed.
