Punit Goenka confirms ZEE stake sale to be completed by July

ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEE) ZEE Managing Director and CEO, Punit Goenka has confirmed that its stake sale in the company is expected to be completed by July.

As cited by Live Mint, Goenka said, “We are progressing well and with political uncertainty behind us, we hope to sign a binary agreement by July.”

It was back in November that ZEEL had announced its promoters, led by Subhash Chandra planned to sell up to 50% of their equity stake in the company to a strategic partner.
