PTV Global to return on Sky EPG on Tuesday after glitch

Pakistan’s state broadcaster, PTV Global has informed BizAsiaLive.com that it will be returning on the Sky EPG after abruptly being removed this evening.

The channel, which is available on Sky EPG 724, told us that there was an uplinking signal failure at PAK SAT. It said that PTV Global is expected to be reinstated on the Sky line-up on Tuesday (26th March 2019) around midday.

In these circumstances, Sky only removes channels from EPG slots, if the channel is facing an ongoing technical fault or if it has failed to make payment for its Sky carriage.
