Producers deny shelving of ‘Indian 2’: “These are baseless rumours”

Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’ is still planning to resume shooting after the lockdown despite mishaps and controversies, contrary to the rumours of it being shelved.

The producers from Lyca Productions clarified the situation to India Today, “These are baseless rumours. We have completed almost 60 per cent of the film’s shoot. How will we consider dropping the project? We are planning to resume the shoot post lockdown.”

‘Indian 2’ has had terrible luck while filming, with a fatal accident on set which has allegedly resulted in a tense relationship between Haasan and the makers.
