Producer Firoz Nadiadwala confident about ‘Welcome Back’ success

In a day and age where Bollywood franchises are turning out to be successful propositions at the box office, comes yet another blockbuster brand of comedy that the entire family can enjoy.

Firoz A Nadiadwala presents ‘Welcome Back’, one of the most awaited films of 2015, promising double the extravagance and laughter, this time around with a bigger ensemble star cast, larger than life locations, high octane action, foot tapping music and their signature brand of comedy.

After the stupendous success of the original film, the team is back to take the brand ahead with ‘Welcome Back’, a wholesome family entertainer, helmed by director Anees Bazmee, who also directed the first installment of the franchise. Producer Nadiadwala told Hindustan Times, “We hope Welcome Back smashes the previous records. We have made every effort to make the second installment bigger and more extravagant. With a great script, fantastic actors and spectacular visuals we are confident audiences will enjoy Welcome Back just as much as the original.”

Directed by Anees Bazmee, ‘Welcome Back’ will release worldwide on 4th September, under Base Industries Group. The film stars John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Shiney Ahuja and Ankita Srivastava.
