Priyanka Chopra and Guneet Monga’s short film ‘Anuja’ did not secure an Oscar in the ‘Live Action Short’ category, losing out to the Dutch-language film ‘I’m Not a Robot’.
Directed by Adam J. Graves, ‘Anuja’ tells the story of a nine-year-old girl named Anuja, who toils alongside her older sister, Palak, in a small, back-alley garment factory.
Oscars 2025 took place in Los Angeles overnight.
