Priyanka Chopra to sign ‘Fanney Khan’ next month?

Over a month ago, BizAsiaLive.com reported that Priyanka Chopra had given her nod to star in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Fanney Khan’. Although nothing was formalised as that stage, it seems it soon will be when Chopra returns to Mumbai next month.

Deccan Chronicle reports a source stating, “She is set to come back to Mumbai in December, and will finalise the projects. Out of the many scripts, Priyanka has given her nod just to Fanney Khan. The movie is to be produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and will be directed by debutant Atul Manjrekar”.

Mehra has confirmed that Anil Kapoor will be playing the male lead role in the film and the first look of his character has also been released earlier this year.
