Priyanka Chopra to play item girl in Madhur Bhandarkar’s next?

Priyanka Chopra who has walked away with praises for her role in ‘Mary Kom’, is expected to play an item girl in Madhur Bhandarkar’s next film.

ZEE News reports that the film will showcase the journey depicting how an item girl becomes a strong politician. The title of the film has not yet been disclosed by the makers.

The report also adds that Chopra has apparently asked the director to mellow down on the sexual content in the movie. However, the 32-year-old actress was later quoted as saying by the daily that she has not yet seen the final edit of the movie and such reports are baseless.

Bhandarkar and Chopra last worked together in ‘Fashion’ (2008).
