Priyanka Chopra talks about women empowerment in Bollywood

'Mary Kom' second poster unveiled

As women in education, sports and other fields are becoming the pride and proud for their families and countries. Our B- Town babies are no way behind, idea applies to ‘Mary Kom’ (2014), ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ (2014), ‘Gulab Gang’ (2013) and many other movies revolving around women.

‘Mary Kom’ reached every step of triumph to which Priyanka Copra said,”The huge success of Mary Kom makes me believe that people want to embrace good, hopeful episodes of life,” reported by Hindustan Times.

The diva was flying high in the sky when ‘Mary Kom’ made Rs 8.42 crore on its availability day. Another fact that her movie is still the most appreciated film from past seven months give her strength to do a better job.

Not only Chopra but many other actors were glowing with joy as commencement of their movies was able to make seven-digit figures. Like ‘Queen’ (2013) made 2.18 crore Rupees while ‘Highway’ successfully made Rs. 3.75 crore.
