Priyanka Chopra responds to ex-manager’s comments about suicide claims

Priyanka Chopra in 'Baywatch'

Days after Priyanka Chopra’s ex-manager, Prakash Jaju took to Twitter to allege the actress tried to commit suicide during her struggling days, Chopra has finally responded.

His claims came days after the suicide of television actress, Pratyusha Banerjee. He said that the ‘Quantico’ actress tried to end her life in 2002.

Chopra was cited in The Indian Express saying to PTI, This is utter_ First of all, it۪s so sad that Indian media has given credibility to the man, who was in jail because of harassing me, without checking the history who the person is. So, I have nothing to say because there is no credibility to this person, who media is giving credibility to.”

Adding to it, Chopra said, Why don۪t we talk about those women, who commit suicide because they were harassed by the mother-in-laws or being beaten in their homes? Or they kill themselves because they are unhappy in their homes? It۪s so easy to turn around and say about the showbiz world.۝
