Priyanka Chopra rescues Anushka Sharma from fan frenzy

‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ may have remained in the news since before its first schedule began for various reasons but not much has been reported about the rapport lead actresses Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma share. However, recently, an incident at Mumbai Airport put their bond on public display somewhat.

The story goes that Chopra and Sharma flew back into Mumbai after the international schedule for ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’. Sharma came into a tight spot when her fans surrounded her and mobbed her. Upon seeing the kerfuffle, Chopra immediately went over. A source from Chopra’s team spoke to Bollywood Hungama, “This happened when both of them were returning from the shooting of Zoya’s film. At the Mumbai airport Anushka found herself surrounded by a restless group of fans. TheMary Kom��in Priyanka’s personality came rushing out. She immediately extricated Anushkha from the sticky spot”.

News then emerged that Chopra and Sharma have developed a close relationship on the film set as their personalities are similar. Are they the brand new BFFs in B-town? Time will tell.
