Priyanka Chopra: “Now, the hunt for the perfect Oscar dress begins”

Yesterday came the news that Priyanka Chopra will be the first Indian to present an award at the upcoming Oscar Awards at the end of this month. When the actress is asked about presenting on the same stage with the well-known names that make up the line-up, she humbly says she appreciates all that’s coming her way.

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Chopra said, “I am so grateful for everything and feel on top of the world. I am eagerly looking forward to the awards. It will be an insane night. Now, the hunt for the perfect Oscar dress begins”.

She will be seen alongside Jared Leto and Kerry Washington to name a few. She commented, “These artists have enriched the international movie-going experience with a range of memorable work from the comic to the profound. In the process, they have won over millions of fans”.

Chopra has seen much success in her American TV show ‘Quantico’ but this doesn’t mean she’s left her Bollywood career behind. She will be seen next in Prakash Jha’s ‘Jai Gangaajal’.

The Oscars will be taking place on 28th February.
