Priyanka Chopra not to produce film starring Parineeti?

Parineeti Chopra is considered one of the most talented actresses of the newer generation. ��However, after a disappointing run at the Box Office, with her consecutive releases��’Hasee Toh Phasee’ (2014), ‘Daawat-e-Ishq’ (2014) and ‘Kill Dill’ (2014) under-performing, the actress has taken a break from the big screen. ��Many rumours were��doing the round that she would be returning in a film to be produced by cousin Priyanka Chopra. ��However, Parineeti’s spokesperson has dismissed these rumours.

Mid Day quote Parineeti’s spokesperson as saying, “There is no truth to this at all.”

On the other hand, an anonymous��source told the daily, “Pari (Parineeti) has been asked to go through a few scripts. If she likes something, Priyanka is willing to produce the film for her.”

It can be noted that Priyanka Chopra was all set to turn producer with Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Madamji’. ��However, due to similarities between the script and Mallika Sherawat starrer ‘Dirty Politics’ (2015), as well as Priyanka’s busy schedule, the film has been put on hold indefinitely.

Meanwhile, Parineeti has been spending her time travelling and focusing on her fitness.
