Priyanka Chopra Jonas’s mother on not meeting granddaughter yet

Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ mother, Madhu Chopra has revealed that she is yet to meet her granddaughter yet.

Priyanka and Nick Jonas announced in January that they became parents through surrogacy. Talking about the little bundle of joy, Madhu told ETimes, “It’s so joyful! I can’t tell you how my heart just goes…I think it’s something that I have been waiting for a very long time.”

Priyanka, Nick and their unnamed baby are yet to travel to India, where Madhu is located. She is expected them to travel soon so they can reunite as a family.

In January, Priyanka and Nick shared news about their baby in a social media post. It said, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on the family. Thank you so much (red heart emoji).”
