Priyanka Chopra Jonas paired with Richard Madden in Amazon show ‘Citadel’

The ‘Bodyguard’ and ‘Game of Thrones’ star, Richard Madden has been confirmed opposite Priyanka Chopra Jonas, in Amazon Prime Video’s Anthony and Joe Russo’s show, ‘Citadel’.

Reports say that the show will be an action-driven spy series and feature interconnected, local-language versions of the story in several other countries. The main show will originate in the US, with Jonas and Madden leading it.

The series is helmed by Patrick Moran, former ABC Studios chief. The show was agreed back in October, as a part of an overall deal with Amazon Studios.

There will also be an Indian series based on the same premise, developed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. (The Family Man) and produced with Amazon Studios.
