Priyanka Chopra Jonas opens up about a director wanting to see her underwear
Priyanka Chopra Jonas has once again dropped a bombshell about her experience in the Indian film industry.
The actress, who has relocated to the US, has been focussing on global films and OTT shows. However, Jonas, who has been pretty vocal about her early days in Bollywood, has spoke about one of the director’s she worked with.
In an account cited by Times of India, Jonas spoke about the incident, which occurred in 2002-2003, when she was hired to play a character who goes undercover. She was asked to seduce a male co-star in the film. For the scene, she was required to take off piece of clothing at a time. The director reportedly said at the time, “No, I need to see her underwear. Otherwise why is anybody coming to watch this movie?”
