Priyanka Chopra Jonas & Nick Jonas purchase first home for $20 million

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas have finally found a home for themselves in Encino – an upscale suburb in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.

The $20 million mansion is a total of 20,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. According to Variety, the home also has a two-lane bowling alley, a mirror-walled gymnasium, a bar, a movie theater, a big lounge/games room with a pool, an indoor basketball court and state-of-the-art security.

The neighbourhood is currently home to football player Duane Brown, actor Joey Lawrence, and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Kyle Richards and her high-end realty husband Mauricio Umansky. But most importantly, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner will be moving in three miles away in their newly purchased $14.1 million home nearby.
