Priyanka Chopra denies being offered ‘Jagga Jasoos’

Priyanka Chopra was said to be the second female lead signed for ‘Jagga Jasoos’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor. However, it has been said that Katrina Kaif has since replaced her in the same role. However, Chopra has cleared up those rumours.

Chopra has gone on record to reveal that she was indeed never offered ‘Jagga Jasoos’, whilst speaking to Zoom TV. Chopra expressed upset at her name being put into speculation to up the publicity of various projects. Chopra also recently came out and rubbished rumours that she would be performing an item song in ‘Ram Leela’ with Ranveer Singh.

Alia Bhatt is also starring in ‘Jagga Jasoos’, a film jointly produced by Kapoor and Anurag Basu.
