Prithiviraj wants to work in more Bollywood films

South star Prithviraj who already has about 80 films under his belt, is about to make his debut in Bollywood, opposite Rani Mukerji in the upcoming release ‘Aiyyaa’. Though the actor is very well known down south, he wants to now concentrate more on his career in Bollywood.

“So in south especially, two films in Malayalam means three months of your time and the remaining nine months of the time I plan to dedicate for my new-found Hindi (film) career if there is going to be one at all, which I should hopefully know by October 12 (release date of ‘Aiyyaa’),” said��Prithviraj in an interview to NDTV.

“I never went and searched for a Bollywood film. It just happened naturally… it was a natural course. But there were offers from Bollywood before,” he added.

The actor’s next Bollywood film will see him share the screen with the likes of Arjun Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Amrita Singh and Jackie Shroff, in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Aurangzeb.’ The film is expected to release some time next year.
