Prime TV to telecast ‘Pakistanis in New York’

Free Pakistani channel Prime TV will be telecasting a bold, tantalising and contemporary show about Pakistanis living in New York.

For the very first time in the history of any UK based Pakistani TV channel, the programme ‘New York Stories’ will bring stories in a diverse visual style to the forefront introducing a new theme and storyline in each of the 13 episodes.

As the name suggests, the programme is filmed in New York and is built around the lives of Pakistanis settled there. It examines strong domestic and other social issues and is extremely bold in treatment; displaying an array of strong emotions revolving around love, friendship, hatred, beauty and glamour.

The programme reflects the very upbeat, high paced and contemporary lifestyles of the modern Pakistani New Yorker.
