Pratyusha Banerjee’s boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh booked for assault, abetment to suicide

Pratyusha Banerjee’s boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh has been booked for abetment in her suicide.

The news comes as a big surprise as Singh was given a clean-chit by police on Saturday.

Mumbai Police booked the television produced under Sections 306 and 504 of the IPC. The decision was based on statements made by Pratyusha�۪s friends and family.

In her statement to the police, the TV actor�۪s mother Soma said, ���I used to live with Pratyusha at her Kandivli flat. When (she and Rahul) would have fights, they would live separately. I counselled them to not fight so much and concentrate on their careers.�۝
