Prakash Jha signs Amrita Rao for next

Having previously worked together in ‘Satyagraha’ (2013), news has it that filmmaker Prakash Jha and actress Amrita Rao are set to work together one more time.

According to Times of India, the yet untitled film will have Rao playing an important character in the film. “Though the film is still being scripted, the filmmaker has already locked in Amrita. ?The plot is based on a social issue, just like most of Jha’s films, but it will have the elements of a Bollywood film as well.” A source confirmed.

‘Satyagraha’ was also a film that was based around social issues and fared well at the box office. The film starred Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Rampal, Amitabh Bachchan and Manoj Bajpayee.
