Pragati Ghorpade exits as Head of Operations role at IndiaCast UK

Pragati Ghorpade has joined Vasdev Tuli and Dapinder Suri in exiting from IndiaCast UK, concluding her role as Head of Operations after 12 years of dedicated service.

Pragati’s journey with IndiaCast began as a maternity cover position. However, her exceptional talent, adaptability, and unwavering commitment quickly earned her recognition, leading to her promotion as Associate Director and eventually Head of Operations. With a background in software, she introduced a fresh perspective to the dynamic media industry, becoming an indispensable part of the team.

Throughout her tenure, Pragati played an instrumental role in shaping IndiaCast’s television operations. She expertly managed campaign execution, events, marketing strategies, and spearheaded several successful local productions, including ‘Antakshari’, ‘NRI Hadsa’, and ‘Desi Beat Season 5’. Her contributions not only elevated IndiaCast’s profile in the UK but also left a lasting legacy on the brand’s regional content and audience engagement strategies.

The three exits today, coincide with the recent merger between Reliance’s Viacom18 and Disney Star India.
