Prabhudheva on ‘Wanted 2’: “You never know what the future holds”
Prabhudheva has become an iconic Bollywood director in the past ten years. Debuting in 2009 with the super hit ‘Wanted’, his career is finally coming full circle as he prepares to direct Salman Khan again in ‘Dabangg 3’.
Speaking about ‘Wanted’, which reinvented his and Khan’s careers, Prabhudheva shared, “It has been 10 years since then, and I don’t want to look back. It’s been a great experience. I don’t take any credit because who am I to rediscover Salman Khan? He is a superstar. I was new to Bollywood then and he was a superstar, and he trusted me so much.”, Deccan Chronicle reported.
Unfortunately for fans, this reunion does not mark a potential sequel for ‘Wanted’. “There are no plans for ‘Wanted 2’ for now, but you never know what the future holds for you. For now, I am working with Salman again in ‘Dabangg 3’ and that’s a great opportunity for me.”, Prabhudheva said.
‘Dabangg 3’ will release on 20th December.
