Pooja Hegde joins cast of Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Cirkus’

After the announcement that Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh would be reuniting for a film called ‘Cirkus’, it’s emerged that Pooja Hegde will be seen in the film.

“I love Rohit Shetty films. My dad and I watched Simmba together, and we were cheering at Ajay Devgn’s entry. I had first met Rohit at Ramoji (Film City) in Hyderabad a few years ago. This offer came my way out of the blue,” said Hegde, as quoted by Filmfare.

The film’s based on Shakespeare’s ‘Comedy of Errors’. As Hegde adds, “It will be a masala film; it’s his version rather than an adaptation. Plus, we have a complimentary dose of Ranveer’s energy on set.”

The film will reportedly also star Jacqueline Fernandez.
