With all the hypesurrounding ‘Jism 2’ (2012), one would think Pooja Bhatt already has a lot going on. However, during a recentinterview she managed to slip in some details for her plans of the next venture.
During the interview, Bhatt expressed her thoughts to NDTVon little sister, Alia Bhatt (making her debut in Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year’), and how she wants to include the newbie in a remake of her own film, “Alia is a brilliant kid. I want to make ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’ (1991)with her because she is quite similar to me.”
However, the actress-turned-producer/director has one main obstacle. Her hero for the remake has not yet confirmed the part and she is determined to have him as the character played byAamir Khan in the film, “But this film will happen only if Ranbir Kapoor says ‘yes’. I think he is the best fit for Aamir Khan’s character.”
‘Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin’ starred the eldest Bhatt as spoilt brat Pooja Dharamchand in search of herfianc̩whowas justafter her father;s money. She runs into journalist Raghu Jeytley (played by Khan) andthen begins a rollercoaster of events in which the two fall in love on the way.
