Pooja Bhatt signs Sreesanth for ‘Cabaret’

Cricketer Sreesanth appeared on the latest season of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ and gave a glimpse of his Bollywood moves. Now, it seems Pooja Bhatt has taken note and signed him in her forthcoming film, ‘Cabaret’.

Sreesanth will apparently be playing the role of a mentor to Richa Chadda’s character. Bhatt said, according to Bollywood Hungama, that she is excited to have him on board the project as she feels those who love him will want to see the film as well as those who hate him. Bhatt also said that Sreesanth’s Malayalam accent while speaking Hindi made him perfect for the part.

The film should be going on the floors in January.
