Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt is on the hunt for a particular type of actress, to play the lead in her upcoming film ‘Cabaret’. In search for someone who can, act, dance and portray a very different kind of character, she seems to have searched high and low, but hasn’t found the right person yet.
“I am looking for the ‘next big thing’ – someone who is not only drop-dead gorgeous and a great dancer, but can also essay a nuanced role with aplomb,” NDTV��reported Bhatt stating. Talking about the character, Bhatt explains how she is a “sensual, feisty yet feminine girl.”
Co-produced by Amit Kapoor under the Fish Eye Network Pvt. Ltd and the��Cynozure Networkz��banners, the film is set to go on floors later this year. To be directed by��Kaustav Narayan Niyogi, it is said that the film will be shot in some very eccentric locations.
