Star Plus has come up on top in a poll compiled by BizAsiaLive.com where viewers were asked to vote for the channel that has the longest advert breaks.
Over three weeks, BizAsiaLive.com ran a poll, in which 436 votes were collected. Out of the total, Star Plus got the biggest chunk of votes with 158 votes (36%), followed by Colors with half of what Star Plus got. Colors raked in 73 votes (17%) and ZEE TV close behind with 54 votes (11%). Hum TV was next with 44 votes (10%).
The “other” category was listed in fifth with 20 votes (5%). The next batch consisted of UMP Movies (16 votes), PTC Punjabi (14 votes), B4U Music (14 votes), Geo TV (12 votes), Sony TV (12 votes), &TV (10 votes) and ARY Digital (9 votes).
