Poll: HD content lures viewers to watching shows

With the recent launch of Colors HD in the UK market, BizAsiaLive.com ran a poll this week asking readers how much of an impact a HD channel has on its viewing choice.

In the poll, 187 votes flooded in for the poll where we asked “Does a channel going HD make you want to watch it more?”. Out of the three options given, “Yes” came up on top with 69% of the votes (129 votes), followed by “Makes no difference to me” in second place, who weren’t too bothered about HD or SD versions of their favourite channel. The option got 45 votes, which equated to 24% of the total votes. In third place was “No” with 7%, 13 votes.

The poll ran between Sunday 12th February and Sunday 19th February 2017.
