Payal Ghosh refuses to apologise to Richa Chadha in defamation case

At the hearing today of the defamation case of Richa Chadha against Payal Ghosh, the latter has refused to apologise, despite her lawyer saying that she would in the court.

Ghosh took to Twitter to say, “am not apologizing to anyone. I have not wronged nor have I given a wrong statement about anyone. I just said what @anuragkashyap told me #SorryNotSorry”.

Chadha filed a case against Ghosh in relation to statements she made after accusing Anurag Kashyap of harrassment. The actress has also filed cases against Kamaal R Khan and others.
