Parth Samthaan booked for molestation

Popular TV star Parth Samthaan has apparently been booked by Mumbai Police, BizAsiaLive.com has learnt.

The actor has reportedly been accused of molesting a 20-year-old model, according to DNA. The model in question filed an FIR against the ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan’ actor. ANI News reported, “TV actor Parth Samthaan booked under section 8&12 of POCSO Act in Bangur Nagar on molestation complaint filed by a model last month”.

Samthaan was embroiled last year in a legal battle with then friend Vikas Gupta.
