Parineeti-Sidharth to get steamy in ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’?

They are two of generation next’s most promising actors. Having been paired together in the forthcoming ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’, the duo are perhaps getting set for an on-screen liplock but makers are currently in a tight spot about it.

An insider told Hindustan Times, “Since the film is a light-hearted romantic comedy, including a kissing scene shouldn�۪t be troublesome, but the makers are still dwelling over how to showcase it, in case it is included”.

The source went on to explain, “The actors understand that these things are part of their job. Even when Sidharth found out about the maker’s predicament, he completely left the decision in the hands of the director. He said he would comply with whatever they decided. The only thing the makers are worried about is that if the kissing scene is made to look steamy, it shouldn�۪t drift away from the simple plot of the film”.

When Malhotra was approached about the kissing scene, he professionally stated, “As an actor, I follow my director’s vision. I am completely a director�۪s actor”.

Shooting is currently underway for the movie which is being directed by Vinil Matthew and is a co-production between Karan Johar and Phantom films.
