Before all the glitz and glamour of being a part of the Indian film industry, Parineeti Chopra worked as a successful investment banker. Now having made a name for herself with a list of hits that keeps growing, she’s not completely disregarding her previous job.
Her debut film ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’ (2011) earned her huge applause where she was immediately loved by audience and critics alike. However being part of an industry where things can change almost over night, the actress is sensibly thinking ahead, “I have a back up plan and I think _everyone should have one. The day when my films start flopping, I will go back to banking. To run my house, banking is the safe option for me,” Hindustan Timesreported Chopra stating.
“There are very few people who are lucky and don۪t have to struggle much to get into films. If one has an interest (in _acting), then one must try, but should also have a back up plan because the film industry is very unpredictable,” she went onto add. Also known as Priyanka Chopra’s cousin, there was much speculation about a rivalry between the two. However, with both sister attending each others events for support, all rumours were put to rest and instead, the world got to see the love and closeness between the two.
