Having baggeda Filmfare Award for her debut film ‘Ladiesvs Ricky Bahl’ (2011), Parineeti Chopra definitely proved she is more than ready for an acting career. However, Chopra isn’t so driven by grabbingall the best roles andgetting ahead as fast as she can. Instead she wants to take it easy and see how things go.

Having studied in London, Chopra knows that stardom won’t always last forever. “I hadn’t grown up thinking that I have to be this big actress in Bollywood. Hence it isn’t a do or die situation for me either. If I get success then well, great. If not, God forbid, then I do have my degree and educational qualifications to fall back upon. I will do that kind of work which I want to do,” Times of India report the actress explaining.

Being the cousin of the hugely acclaimed star Priyanka Chopra who has been reported to have hadcat-fights of her own,Parineeti isn’t somuch of a competitor when it comes to other actresses. “I am ambitious to do good work and do it really well. However I am not so competitive and I don’t want to be either. I don’t wake up in the morning thinking that I have to bag roles in all good films that are being made,” she states.

Despite these very unique traits, Chopra isn’t going anywhere just yet. With two more films on the horizon, it can safely be said thatthis young actress is off to a great start.
