Parineeti Chopra currently without any films

Newcomer Parineeti Chopra has been linked to various exciting projects recently but buzz has it that she is currently without any work.

The actress who won much fanfare for her debut in ‘Ladies V/Ricky Bahl’ (2011) and ‘Ishaqzaade’ (2012) is still awaiting her third B-Town outing. She is currently signed to Yash Raj Films for a three-film deal but the third film is yet to take off.

A source told Mid-Day, “There was a great deal of speculation that she would be cast in Atul Sabharwal�۪s film being produced by Aditya Chopra which is Arjun Kapoor�۪s next project. But the makers decided to take newcomer Sasha Agha, daughter of yesteryear actress-singer Salma Agha.”

Adds the source, ���There was also buzz about her being part of Abhinav Kashyap�۪s next project with Ranbir Kapoor. But with Ranbir having walked out of it, the project is currently at a standstill.”
