Parineeti on Arjun: “We’re amazing friends”

Parineeti Chopra is riding high on the success of ‘Golmaal Again’ which released last week. However, she’s all set to begin her forthcoming films ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ and ‘Namastey Canada’, in which her co-star will be Arjun Kapoor twice.

“It’s going to be a blast! I was Arjun’s first heroine and he was sort of my first hero. We have the greatest bond. We’re amazing friends. We are unapologetic to each other. We can say anything to each other and we are absolutely unabashed when it comes to making fun of each other or giving feedback to each other. We never have to mince words, we never have to lick each other’s as**s. We always tell it as it is. It’s one of the most real friendships that I have in the industry. So, having him as a co-star for the next two films, at least I’m not worried that I have to worry about the co-star’s tantrums or anything. It’s going to be an amazingly positive working relationship,” said Chopra, according to Pinkvilla.

Chopra made her debut as a main lead with Kapoor and no doubt it’ll be a treat to see the duo come together again.
