‘Pari’ screening cancelled in honour of Sridevi

In honour of the funeral of Sridevi taking place today, the makers of Anushka Sharma’s forthcoming thriller ‘Pari’ have decided to cancel its screening.

“We are deeply shocked and heartbroken with the untimely demise of our beloved Indian legend, Sridevi. To honour her memory and the legacy she left behind, KriArj Entertainment has decided to cancel the screening of their upcoming film, Pari, which was earlier scheduled for the 28th of February,” Bollywood Life reports producer Prernaa Aroraa stating.

Also starring Ritabhari Chakrabhorty, Parambrata Chatterjee and Rajat Kapoor, ‘Pari’ is set to release on 2nd March.
