From the first look of the channel, TV 99 will focus on Pakistani music but covering other genres too. It is also planning to introduce other lifestyle programming into the schedule after launch.

BizAsia contacted TV 99 about the launch but a response was awaited at the time of filing this article.

TV 99 launches later this month on channel 857 on Sky Digital. Incidentally, EPG 857 was previously the home for Muslim World Network, which ceased broadcasting in December. The licensee 99 Media Org Limited has acquired the EPG slot from Muslim World Network.
